We follow a strict quality check before dispatch to ensure you receive the best. As our products are personal-use Jewellery, we offer replacement only for valid issuesPlease read the conditions below carefully before placing your order.

Replacement Eligibility

Replacement is applicable only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Product received is incorrect
  • Item is missing from the package

Requirements:

  • Issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory
  • Product must be unused and in original condition

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or replacements for:

  • Minor color variations due to lighting/screen

Exchange Policy
